Clean hotel with good location in Lisbon very close to old town attractions, food and shopping as well as tram station. Good breakfast to star a day with sausage and perfect coffee and scrambled eggs...

Superb location by tram, clean with warm staff.

We liked staying 2 nights here. The breakfast was super with halal food, with variety of savoury options. The location was magnificent next to tram 28, close to an underground station.

Just a solid selection for a weekend excursion in Lisbon with extraordinarily good value for money. The staff welcomed me with a thoughtful gesture of complimentary detox drinks , a nice touch. Bring earplugs if noise bothers you, especially from the trams nearby.

The thoughtfulness of the staff really stood out to me, especially with the surprise birthday cake! The place is stylish and clean, but I did wish for more outlets in the room 🎂

The location is decent, but the tram noise was unbearable at times, even on higher floors. I almost gave this hotel a good review, but the staff clearly thought i didn't belong there. And i can't fathom why no one offered me an umbrella during the rain-it seems every other guest got one. What a disappointment!

A modern gem in a historic city

The hotel boasts a fantastic location near Praça do Comércio. The friendly staff provided thoughtful welcome presentations and complimentary detox drinks each day. I enjoyed the modern amenities, including luxurious Molton Brown toiletries and strong Wi-Fi.

I felt at home. The staff greeted me with a handwritten card and left some chocolates on my pillow after cleaning.

It wasn't budget-friendly but definitely worth it for the experience.

For dads, it would be great to have more outlets in the room.

The Standard Twin Room was super comfy. It had air conditioning and a tv. The minibar was stocked, and the private bathroom included free toiletries and a hairdryer. Also loved the little balcony for street views. Breakfast was fresh and included many choices. The location made getting to sights easy. Staff were helpful too!

The absence of tea-making facilities was noticeable, and street noise from the nearby tram was disruptive at times. The hotel maintained a clean atmosphere improved with polite, attentive staff was good.
